Vintage UMCO 1000A Silver Colored Aluminum 7 Tray Tackle Box w/ Copper Trim
This large 7 tray aluminum Tackle box dates from the late fifties to the early sixties. It measures 19" long by 10" wide by 10" deep. The seven fold out trays had 53 separate compartments that are lined with Plastic- plenty of room for all your tackle plus a first aid kit and hook removers. This box is in excellent condition. It has a little bit of dirt. Some stains, and a little oxidation- all of which you would expect out of 50 years on the water.

I'm not sure the maker on this box. It's 16" by 9" by 9" Your seeing it the way I found it. This was in some boxes I dug out. Most of the spoons are old USA made spoons. Some were punched to allow air bubbles to flow through. Old Thompson fish skinner in the bottom. The green& yellow are not painted in if I'm seeing it right but original to the box. It is in beautiful vintage condition- no dents or dings- it does have one small impression on the top right but it is nearly impossible to see. I just wiped the dust off with a damp rag- all the years of honest dirt give this box it's great look- I'll leave it up to the new owner to clean and polish if they desire. The interior is just as nice- no"worm burns" just a few dents in the blue plastic tray liners. This would make a great display for vintage fishing tackle. An Abu Garcia Mitchell 306 spin-caster with an extra spool, and an Alcedo 2CS spin-caster. For as old as this tackle box is(1960's? It is in great shape. I am not 100% sure, but I believe it is a My Buddy. Most of the decal is missing, but the part that remains, looks like the remains of a My Buddy decal(pic 8) Please look at the pictures. It is all metal, except the handle. The two rapala lures are in good shape and are very nice. I am guessing $8 bucks a piece. There is a Lazy Ike( still on the card-$3.50) A Rat-L-Trap.still in the box, another new Bill Lewis lure, a large Dardevle spoon, two smaller dardevlet spoons, another old wooden lure with three treble hooks, a jitterbug that is missing one hook off of one of the treble hooks, and a couple of old lures that are broken. There is a nice Bass PRO REEL TOTE, an a Shakespeare Wondercast No. 1771 that needs some attention, but I am guessing will work fine for someone who knows how to mess with them. The box itself is a dent-n-ding special, but it is kind of a neat older ... moretackle box. It measures 16" long, about 9.5" high, and 9" wide. It is ugly, but very functional with a tight handle and good front locking mechanism. It also has cool foldout trays(as you can see) is lightweight aluminum, and does not have any holes, as metal boxes sometimes corrode. This one is fine except for the dents and dings. Search This is a vintage tackle box. The interior is aluminum and has ten compartments 2 x 2 x 6 3/4 inches. Im assuming they are for large lures. The exterior is green canvas with six flat compartments in the front. The unit has a canvas cover and metal latch as shown. Has a green shoulder strap and also has belt loops on the back of the unit. Not sure where it was made. Measures 10 x 4 1/2 x 7 inches approx. Very light. Weighs about 1 1/2 pounds. Please ask questions-if you have any-before you bid. VINTAGE SEARS JC HIGGINS ALUMINUM TACKLE BOX • NICE!
This Sears JC Higgins tackle box measures 16" x 9" x 9¼" tall. One of the black plastic tray inserts is missing. It has some small dings as expected for it's age. Other than the plastic tray missing I would say it's in very good condition. This will be shipped in a double wall cardboard box to prevent damage.

Nice pair of vintage UMCO aluminum tackle boxes! One is a 133 A and measures approx. 13" x 7" it opens into 3 tiers of storage. As well as the entire bottom. The second is a P-9 and is smaller at approx. 6 3/4" x 4 1/4" it opens on both sides for maximum storage. Both are in great. VINTAGE UMCO 133A TACKLE BOX ALUMINUM 3 TRAYS FISHING GEAR This auction offers an UMCO Corporation Model 133A aluminum tackle box with three trays. In very good condition. It measures 12-1/2" long x 6-1/2" wide x 6" tall. Excluding the handle. The three fold-out trays have plastic inserts. A few of the insert have cracks but still serve the purpose of keeping contents separated. The box has a few small dents and dings. Nothing major. The box has been cleaned, but could use additional cleaning inside and out, if desired. The handle and copper-colored hinges are in good condition. The latch is a little loose and can come open. This might be remedied by tightening or replacing the rivets that hold the latch to the side of the box. The latch could also be secured by drilling a small hole in the top side of the latch and inserting ... morea cotter pin or nail. You can also simply tie a piece of cord or even a large rubber band around the box to hold the lid shut in case the latch comes open. Nice collectible! Great Aluminum Kennedy Kits Tackle Box model 1117-AL. I ncludes key. Mechanically sound. Opens and closes nicely, the hinges are firm. The trays show some discoloration from normal wear but otherwise in good shape. Some paint loss mainly on exterior edges. Otherwise the body is in very good condition(see images)
