To first let you know i do not have the top of the mount but im sure something can be made or even use a U bolt for downrigger mounting or rail mount or maybe even mount to your boat. These have been used so do have some light scuf/scratches from use and if you look at the one on the right it has some what looks to be pitting from when something was hitting it while traveling with the boat. Metal is scratched and scraped from use. No cracks. It is dusty/dirty from sitting in garage where it was aquired from a local sale. Line is intact, and I do not know how much is on the reel. Mounting screws and nuts are intact. Measures 11" x 20" x 12" I am not an expert on this, so what you see is what you get. Forward and reverse seem to work correctly. There is a small crack in the top of the red plastic casing. Some of the paint is worn off of the reel. It looks like it could use a good cleaning.
