Pair of Riviera Downrigger Fishing Reels w 150 ft. steel line & depth counters
Pair of Riviera Downrigger fishing reels with 150 feet of steel line on each and working depth counters. Aluminum frame. Surface mount or recess mount. 5 foot 8 inch" outbar with 9.5" spool. Nice used condition with one having one corner of the crank lock broken but this is not what stops the handle. It is just a thing to flip it up with your thumb. The other side is still there and easy to use. The t-locks for the spools are both working great. I have to take the long outbars out to ship and ship them separate or the package would be too large to ship so I will send you an invoice with actual shipping rate at end of the auction. The weight it is calculating now is for the downriggers only and I would guess you will need to add $12-14 more dollars for the poles shipping when it is all said and done. Metal is scratched and scraped from use. No cracks. It is dusty/dirty from sitting in garage where it was aquired from a local sale. Line is intact, and I do not know how much is on the reel. Just had electric down riggers installed and selling this lot. Includes 2 Big Jon 3' arms with line counters. One Riviera 4' arm. 2 tight lok rod holders and the steel bases under the board. If it's local pick up you can have the board too. The Riviera has a separate base but the 2 big jon mounted directly to the board. These are lake Michigan tested and work fine. Forward and reverse seem to work correctly. There is a small crack in the top of the red plastic casing. Some of the paint is worn off of the reel. It looks like it could use a good cleaning. Riviera Sport-Troll Aluminum Downrigger with Fiberglass Rod Mount & Weight incl
What you see is what you get! Entire unit measures@24.5" long. Rod is 12" Paint is coming off a bit around the wheel, could easily be wire brushed and spray painted. The wheel is cast aluminum and the frame work is all aluminum as well. Clamp mount is solid aluminum, and the bolts turn easily. The Lead weight is a little over 7 lbs. and fully functional but the rubber coating is cracked, etc. Little bit of line still on there. All around this downrigger is in good shape. See pics. 128 Terri Lane West Gardiner. ME 04345 Riviera Manual Fishing Downrigger- 24" Long Boom, Powered by Up for auction from an estate sale is this Riviera Manual Fishing Downrigger. Has a 24" long boom. Not including the wheel at the end. As photo show, there is a crack in the aluminum at the tip, it appears to be just cosmetic, its a very thin crack approx 1" long and its only all the way thru approx 1/8" so its more of a surface defect. The crank grip is pretty well dried out and pieces are breaking off. The blue tip around the rod holder is in the same condition and is heavily worn as photos show. Comes with wire on the spool. Not sure how much or what kind of condition its in.looks pretty good from what I can see. It reels nice and easy and smooth from the little I tested it. The counter is off, it did reset to zero when ... moreI pulled a little of the line out.and counted back when I reeled it in, as photo shows goes back around beyond"zero" Overall. Manual Fishing Down Rigger By Riviera Trolling downrigger - WITH COUNTER
Very good condition and works excellent. I am unemployed so selling some items off. The counter is set negative 2 feet as when mounted on my boat it is 2 feet to waterline(I am a bit of a perfectionist) You can take one screw off and zero counter or adjust to your boat. I see this model is going on Ebay for upwards of $100 recently. I'll start the bid at $50 and charge actual UPS shipping. Hopefully some one will get a deal. I've had one negative feedback in the thousands of transactions on Ebay(high end speaker that had multiple ohm and specific amplifier requirements) which the buyer claimed one speaker was bad- I had tested prior to ship.
