A PENN 180 degree Swivel-Matic Base Plate is listed separately. Condition is still excellent, apparently little if ever even used, and quite functional in all respects as far as we can tell, and this 12 volt PENN 800 operates correctly when we hooked it to our 12v Marine battery via the 30" black electric cable shown attached to lower back end of the case.See Photos) There are NO cracks, dings, dents, broken/ missing parts, or other"problems" that we can see, though you will require the correct PENN base mount of your choice as noted.
