Penn 820ASM Swivelmatic adjustable base for Fathom-Master Downrigger
Penn 820ASM swiveling downrigger base. My grandfather owned a boat up until 15-20 years ago. And this came from his estate. I believe he purchased this as a spare, and just never used it. Includes all parts as shown in pictures, and the only signs of use are slight oxidation/discoloring on a single bronze washer. Everything else appears mint.
