Evinrude etec 25 hp outboard electric start long shaft - fish hunt boat motor
This auction is for a 2011 Evinrude etec 25 hp outboard. Electric start, long shaft, wired for use with trim plate. Excellent running motor. I plan to replace with a new mud motor for my hunting boat. The warranty is transferrable by sending a copy of your bill of sale to Evinrude. A confirmation letter shows the warranty on this motor until August 2. 2014. There is a switch on the end of the throttle and wiring installed where the last owner had a trim plate. If not using with a trim plate. Those night boaters could use this for a momentary light switch, or an on off selection for lights if used with relays. Photos show information from the Evinrude website. With the current prop. My boat would run at 5700 RPM at 900# total weight(boat, motor, people and gear) and about 5300 RPM at 1500# Speed is between 20 and 25 MPH for my boat in these ... moreload ranges. I am the third owner and purchased this motor with about 23 hours on it in May of 2012. I have used it quite a bit and approximate there could not be much more than 100 hours on it. In speaking with Evinrude. The first owner had some warranty work to the drive shaft completed. I purchased it from the second owner in Georgia who was"unaware" that there was a seal leaking. I took it to a qualified dealer where I live in Ohio who looked into the leaking seal. Presumably. Someone had tried to perform maintenance without the right tools. He found that a housing had a damaged bearing seat. To prevent a reocurring leak, he changed out the entire housing, not just the bearing and seal. There is cosmetic damage to the mounting bracket where the previous owner had the bracket fastened to his hull. The installer. He explained, used a drill bit that was too short, causing the drill chuck to contact the bracket. Photos show where I have made contact with the lake bottom while running shallow. This is a very nice Lowrance 522c fish finder with built in GPS. I removed it from a boat I got and have no use for it. I would say this is a 9 out 10 in appearance. As you can see it works just fine and everything is included. Mounting bracket, transducer and bracket, power cord. The transducer has been broken at the mounting bracket but has been glued back together and works fine I have had it in the water several times and seems to be holding up just fine, doesn't affect operation at all. Also the power cord has had the extra connector wires cut off, I believe for nema connection? this also does not affect the fish finder it powers up just fine. I can't tell you if the card slot works I don't have a mapping card to test it. This is a vintage blue 1977 Coleman large steel sided ice chest cooler. Blue area is all metal and lid has lots of rub marks and paint wear. The drain plug fits tight and is not broken. This late 19thC to early 20thC item looks like it is made of Limoges or Bavarian porcelain. The design includes freshwater fish on each end of the gravy boat. They look like different kinds of fish because one has blue spots and the other one doesn't have the same scale pattern. There are also blue and pink flowers in the design as well as gilding. The boat is 8 1/2" long and 3 7/8" wide. With the handles it is 6 1/2" wide. The underplate is 10" long and 6" wide. The only mark on the base is impressed and reads 3567.
