Antique 400 Day Anniversary Clock C.1905 with gimbal suspension mounting

I have owned this clock for 35 years and have not run the clock since I have owned it. Decided to move it along to someone else. So that it can be restored. The gimbal suspension allows the suspension to level itself 360 degrees. This is an unusual feature. Also, the disc pendulum is smaller than the typical one. it is 2 3/4" diameter. Has a nice porcelain dial. Movement is complete and escapement ticks good, but clock will need to be cleaned, adjusted, etc. in order to run. Movement has serial number 108847, but no other marking. Case& pendulum could use a good polishing. Needs someone with knowledge of 400 Days to restore it. Dome is the old one which I got with the clock. It has a ground ... morebottom(unlike the new cast ones) A few'flea bites' on edge as to be expected from taking the dome on and off. They are not visible when dome is in place. Otherwise this is an excellent old dome.
