This is a BIG JON manual crank downrigger with a 8" diameter wheel and a counter that measures in feet. According to the counter there is approximately 90 feet of line on the reel. But I have no idea what kind of line it is. The boom measures approximately 19-1/2" It comes with what you see in the pictures and there is no bottom mounting plate for this.
