For bid is this good condition used Big Jon Manual Downrigger Flip Up w/ Stainless Line& Line Counter fishin fish. This has no boom. It takes the threaded sectional booms. This downrigger flips up for trailering(boom would be up and would lock into up position)This Downrigger has Stainless line and a line counter, it has the 8" reel and, as mentioned above the boom is missing but it does come with the end pulley. The downrigger is in good condition and has normal small scuf/scratches from use and would be good to have for your fishing seasons, this would be good for use with your boom or good for parts. It does swing back to get out of the way. It has a hard plastic/rubber mounting base. It has a sticker line counter. It appears when you reel it somehow corresponds to the sticker to count depth. I would assume this method would not work very well. If you want a cheap unit that will get your lure down. This one will work, but there are no bells and whistles. Would work good on a small boat that you want the option to use a downrigger sometimes. Again folks, not a sophisticated expensive unit here. It is pretty well used but still working properly. This is used and in good condition as you see in the pictures but does have some small scuf/scratches from use. This has a fiberglass 20 1/2" boom or from the center of the reel to the tip of the boom is about 21 1/2" On the side of the downrigger as you see in pictures 4. There is a reel lock to hold the reel from turning. On the other side is the tension drag nut(center of the reel)for lowering speed and tension drag in case you snag something.
