Some of the wire has come off the spool on both sides, The reel still spins in both directions, nothing looks or sounds broken. Should be a easy fix for someone who used them. Good outside condition with no cracks, dents, has some scratches. Not sure of any missing, replaced, broken or non working parts. The boom will extend out but I have not tried it all the way.
