2 Used down rigger troller with 2 planer boards and line reels and 31 releases
Up for sale is 2 Down-trollers 2 planer boards 2 alum line reel and 31 quick releases. The down riggers are invader model# 5582 with about 300ft of stainless steel line maybe more hard to tell. The reel size is 10inch and the overal lenth from the center of the reel to the end is 20 inch. these are all alum with a rod holder built in on the side they have line counters build into the reels for up to 999ft. The planer boards are 3/4inch thick wood and 28 inchs long thier is a left and a right. The 31 quick realses are Kumler#27. The line reel are all alum with a 4inch opening and 4inch end for the reels if you have any question feel free to ask i lose the two down weights

Planer Mast and Planer Boards, Outrigger
Up for auction are my Riviera planer board mast and two dual Willie Skee planer boards in very good used condition. The mast comes with mast line. Four quick releases and a metal base with screw that allows the mast to be easily removed. Each planer reel has a fully working brake. The planer boards are large and can handle a large number of rigs on each board. The boards have plastic wing nuts, a few of them have a broken wing on the nuts but they still tighten down just fine. Each board is marked for the appropriate side, starboard and port. I've had these boards out as far as 100+ yards with no problem, they skim the surface perfectly and have no problems draggin weighted lures and divers. Vintage Finn Trolling Downrigger Boards, Skis, Planer Boards 40"
I have for sale on“Bids” or) a“Buy Now” a Nice Set of"Finn Downrigger Trolling Skis. These are 40" long and I will explain how they work. The skis trail off to the sides. One left and one right. A 1 lb. or 2 lb. weight is let down to the desired depth, we will say 100' Every 20' on the verticle line is a three way or two crimps. Your spoons are hooked at each 20' crimp sleeves and trail back whatever you like. I do 30' on a Mono line. The crimps keep the bait from sliding down the verticle line. As you are letting the weight down you are adding baits. Depending on the depth you can add as many as you like. When the baits are down you set the ski to your heavy line and let it go. It trails out to the side at whatever distance you desire. You can set more than one ski per side. When a fish hits the bait it trips the ... moreski and it falls back behind the boat. You pull the ski up to the boat by hand and unclip the downrigger line and hook it back to your heavy rod and wind up until you get to the line with the fish,unclip this line from the verticle line and hook it to your light pole to reel your fish in. The empty lines are hooked to side of the boat and are left trailing until you reset them. `This is really a setup for a charter boat but I have used it and caught many fish, also some multiples. I used it for lake trout, but it could be used for other species. The name of my boat was the"Kingfisher" thus the name on the skis. I have a box of spoons already set up with the leaders attached.
