2 Scotty Downriggers adjustable boom Manual w/ holder, swivel base
A pair of Scotty manual downriggers in great condition. The boom extends from 34 to 58 inches with the turn of a thumbscrew. The line winder. Brake, and counter work perfectly. There are 2 mounting plates that I had on a trolling bar on the boat, but can also be fastened to the boat w/phillips screws. These are great because you then simply attach and detach the downriggers to the plates w/thumbscrews, 4 for each. The base pivots up and down to make it easier to do whatever you need to do with the weights, line etc. The base also turns w/the release of a lever, so you can spin and pivot the rigger. The spools are filled w/cable, and there are clips/releases for weights and lines attached to the ends.

Used pair of Scotty DN-16 Manual Downriggers. Have worked flawlessly. I'm looking to upgrade my downriggers and these need to go. There is nothing wrong with these downriggers. There is appoximatley 200' of cable on each rigger. Counters has no issues, I fabricated my own stainless break assist as the plastic one broke. I don't have any of the thumb screws or the base. I had a pair of these(1 is on the bottom of Lake Superior) These worked well on my smaller boat as I set one on either side in the back and could run a normal ball in the center it opened up my spread and helped to eliminate some tangles. made in Canada. I am assuming these are the#1050 Depthmaster model but they don't have a model# anywhere on them they just say made in Canada. These include the mounting systems that you see in the picture(clamp style) they look like model#1021(again no model# on them) We had the downriggers on a pontoon rail for a couple seasons and stored them indoors when not in use. They worked good for us catching kokanee don't have the boat anymore. The boom measures ~21" and the widest opening on the mounts are 2"

They have a few slight scuffs& scratches. the Mac is missing 1 finger tight cover for the base, the screw is still there, and there is a suspicious cut out on the plastic. I don't know if they made it like that, it doesn't look like it broke because it's like a perfect semi circle. It's above the wire line tho. Wait for invoice to pay. Sorry. Pair of Scotty Saltaire Downriggers w Counter Very Nice Fishing Metal Line Boat
Here for auction is a pair of downriggers. They are marked: Scotty Saltaire and made in Canada. They have metal type line on them. They both have counter’s on them. Swivel handles. They appear to have been used and I have no idea as to when they were made. They also appear to be in good shape and clean. I have no idea as to how they fasten to a boat or if there is an attachment that is needed to fasten them. What is shown in the images is what I have. They look identical to me and I offer them as a pair. The stainless rod is clean with no corrosion. They do not appear to have been used in an ocean setting as they look clean from any salt water. There are no cracks in any of the plastic parts. They measure approx. 26” from the end of the handle to the end of the pully. The wheel is approx. 9.5” across and 1.5” wide. The stainless pole is curved ... moreand is 14” long. The small end pully is 3” across. I really have no idea as to how they work but both of the wheels turn freely. Each one weighs approx. 4.5 lbs. Hopefully someone can give these some use. I however am not able to guarantee that you will catch fish with these but then.
