Although it wants to twist off the ridge on the barrel when you are closing it(the butt cap might be a bit out of round) Also, the screw nut is missing so the cap will unscrew all the way off. Vintage Lamiglas SB 136 2M Honey with Varmac reel seat w13 spinning rod. The wrap at the ferrels appears to have been epoxied. They don't look professionly done. They are tight and the rest of the wraps look good. Some patina on the reel seat and guides. Should clean up nicely. All functions of the rod are in good working order. Rod butt is 26" long. Total 11'6" long. It will ship in an 8 foot x 4" tube. On Apr-04-13 at 09:43:06 PDT. 8ft 5/6wt 2pc Fly Rod - Box Elder Burl reel seat - Excellent condition
An excellent condition 8 foot 5/6 weight 2 piece fly rod made on a Lamiglas"Perigee" blank. These rod blanks were so popular that after they were discontinued. Lamiglas had to make a special run to meet demand. The reason they were so loved is their light swing weight and terrific action. The blank feels light as a feather yet has amazing power and responsiveness. These are excellent rods. This one was made with a beautiful box elder burl wood reel seat with black hardware. Guide wraps are dark green to match the dark olive green blank. Would be a great small stream smallmouth rod, or a good streamer rod for trout fishing. No tube.

You are bidding on a vintage American Fork and Hoe Metal Baitcasting Rod with a patented SpeedLock Reel Seat. Made in Geneva. Ohio the rod measures 55” and is in remarkably good condition. The cork handle is intact and reasonably clean. The ferrule holding the rod tip to the handle is still very tight and comes apart with a pop. The line guides and their bindings are original and in good condition. The inside of the reel seat has the following stamped on it: Mfg. b y: The American Fork and Hoe Company Geneva. Ohio The bottom of the reel seat has“ Speedlock” Pat. No. 1534674" stamped on it. The cloth rod sock is original but not in very good condition. It would be difficult to find an example of this old rod in condition as good as this. With a little cleaning it would fit nicely into a collection. Approx. 90-95% rare"green" 1 3/4" Harnell fish decal intact with rubs, scrapes and scratches in surface paint on blank, ferrules, and George Hine, Santa Monica, CA down-locking aluminum reel seat. Harnell rods were manufactured in Venice, CA from 1945 to the 1970's. and were better known for their saltwater boat rods which were considered top-of-the-line for their era. I have up fod sale the bottom portion of a vintage Garci 2508 spinning rod. This was part of a 6 1/2' pole. The reel seat and cork are in good condition. Raven Float Rod, 15 foot with fixed reel seat
This is a Raven. 3 piece, 15 foot IM9 Float Rod with the fixed reel seat. It is rated for 4 to 10 pound test with a lure range of 1/8 to 3/8 ounces. I used it for one Steelhead season and it is in excellent condition. There is some discoloring of the cork above the reel seat where I attached my electric motor controller. I'm sure that can be easily sanded away. Raven makes a variety of high quality float rods for use with either a center pin reel, a spinning reel or a bait caster depending on your preference. Included is the cloth sheath. But no hard case. I will only ship to the lower 48 of the USA. It is a 5 weight, 7-1/2 foot fly rod that is light on the action but tough enough to land most fish. The Sage rod has two stripping guides and seven snake guides. It features a dense soft cork grip and an aircraft aluminum billet reel seat with burl wood. I have used the rod twice and is very close to new. It shows very little wear. Vintage SPORT KING 69 Engraved Fish FISHING REEL on HEDDON PAL Rod Handle/Seat
You are bidding on a vintage Sport King FISHING REEL on a Heddon Pal Rod HANDLE. The shiny places in the pictures are glare from the lights. In used condition with normal wear& age spots. The handle on the reel has bubbles on the finish. Solid& sturdy in good shape. 1) The Reel needs to be cleaned& oiled. The handle/spool& line guide turn smooth& freely, makes a little squeaking noise. The clicker knob works. Nicely detailed with an engraved jumping Fish in a side plate. The reel is marked: SPORT KING- MODEL 69. 2) Most of the green finish on the handle seat is gone& the cork handle has a few small pieces missing. Solid& sturdy everthing works.
