Orvis Carrying tote with three nesting interior fishing/hunting gear totes
Up for auction is a really useful Orvis duffle/tote system. This is a large. Durable tote with a hard rubber bottom, tough cordura sides and lots of gear pockets and three interior nesting totes to store all of your gear on a trip rather than letting it flop around the car. The overall size of the tote is 26"x15"x15" and each of the interior totes are 14"x15"x7" One of the two nesting totes has a ventilated mesh top for drying wet gear. This bag shows very few signs of use. It is not ripped, torn or damaged. the underside of the rubber bottom has a few scuff marks but it is not damaged and that is about the extent of it. The tote is Orvis's signature green with black trimmings. The inside of the main tote has pockets all around it. The top flap has a pocket as well. This is an outstanding system. Up for auction is one used float tube. Made in the U.S.A, by Buck's Bags in Boise, Idaho. The model is called The Rustler, and is perfect for fly fishing. This float tube was used a handful of time, and is in excellent condition. There is one rubber inner tube which is inflated to provide the main support, and another for back support included. There are two storage pockets on either side for your gear. All equipment is intact, and there are slight signs of use. The zippers work on all compartments. A similar model sells at $285 new. There are no rips or tears. The back rest inner tube has been repaired with patches in order to hold air. The maximum capacity would be about 285 lbs. What I like about this model is that the inner tubes can be replaced at any time. Which is not true of other inflatables, which are all one piece of plastic, ... moreand are simply repaired. There are 19 pages in total. Each measures 7.25” x almost 11” I think they may have been removed from magazines. Each page is in near perfect condition. I believe the collector put each page in the zip lock page bags you see in the photos. I left them in their individual bags to handle and photograph them. So please take that into consideration when viewing the photos. The colors are brighter than you see and do not appear to have experienced any perceivable fading. The pages will be combined into one or two of the slip bags to reduce shipping weight. All corners(except two of them that have slivers missing) are in excellent condition, and there appear to be no marks, foxing, folds or tears in any of the pages.
