Heavy Duty Split Bamboo Bait Casting Rod + 3 Rod Sections for Parts and Repair
Thanks for taking a look. This listing is for a Split Bamboo 6' Ocean Rod plus three extra rod sections. The Rod is pretty heavy duty and would make a good Salmon Rod its almost 3/4 of inch at the base coming out of the handle. It'scomplete except for the cap on the handle and is ready to be used. The white spot on the near the tip is fogged finish not damage. All the metal is stainless and in good shape. I hope they can find a good home. Only tested to make sure it is in working condition. The original specifications are: WMERCSBM70C1 Murky Water Square Bill 7'0" 1 3/8- 1 oz 12-25 lbs Heavy The rod has been shortened to 6'6" But being s-glass it has not terribly affected the action of the rod. It is in need of repair, and is missing at least one ferrule. My photos show the exact item that you are getting. ~ The"DE" stamped log is DIAMOND EDGE. A name registered by Shapleigh St. Louis in 1909, and used until the mid-1930s. ~ HINDUVINE is the marketing name for Calcutta Bamboo. ~ The handle section measures about 38" long, and is MISSING one wire EYE and the metal ferrule that connects to the center section. the cork has a couple of gouges) ~ The 38" long center section has four eyes, with green thread wrap, and is complete with both ferrules.
