VINTAGE ORIGINAL POST WWII SPLIT BAMBOO FLY/CAST FISHING ROD KIT This auction is for a vintage five piece Post WW II“White Bear” split bamboo fly and casting rod combination kit with original wooden storage box. The kit includes 18 assorted hand tied flies. Silk gut leader material, snelled hooks and a unique pair of scissors all protected by a plastic covering. The rod is in excellent condition and I do not believe it has ever been used. There is a 100% intact White Bear decal on the handle. The rod can be assembled into a three piece 8’ fly rod or a two piece 5.6’ casting rod. All sections measure 33 ½” I would estimate the fly line weight to be a four-five. The 6 1/8” cork handle and screw down lock reel seat are in excellent condition. There is a crack on the female ferrule on the handle section. I believe this may have occurred ... moreduring the years this rod has been in storage. There are two snake eye guides on the fly rod mid section and three on each tip section. The casting tip section has three guides. There is a stripper guide and hook keeper on the bottom section. The rod fits together perfectly when assembled and has the distinct“pop” sound when pulled apart. All of the sections are straight. The wooden storage box is also in great condition. The honey colored cane and varnish finish are excellent. Check out all 17of the full screen high quality pictures to fully appreciate this gorgeous rod. The worst damage seems to be some peeling which is pictured in picture#7. As you can see in the other pictures the other rods are in great shape. VINTAGE 1947 ACE MODEL SHOP HOT ROD FORD ? MODEL A FLATHEAD KIT AMERICAN PICKERS
This kit was supposedly featured on an episode of American Pickers. Its from 1947 and looks like she's all there but I cannot gaurantee it. Heres what I can tell you. the metal parts are still sealed in a glassine envelope and the plastic windshield is still there. The instructions a in near mint shape and everything inside looks to be the same condition. Box has wear. Stain near the driver and a paint drop on the front of the image of the car. Bottom of box(the plain cardboard part) is a little wrinkly and theres a tiny bit of writing(a star in pencil) on the bottom the part where it says Pasadena Calif. Probably never find one in nicer condition(parts wise) Box measures about a foot long. Please feel free to email me with any questions as there are no returns on this early HOT ROD item.

This is a PL mount system for the Panasonic AF-100. The Hot Rod PL allows use of PL mount lenses directly on the Panasonic AF100. This kit includes the Hot Rod PL mount. Vintage MARBLES Jointed Rifle Cleaning Rod Kit No, 9728 - WWI Era
You are bidding on an antique rifle cleaning kit made by Marbles. Probably around the early part of the 20th century. Marbles' part number is#9728. It's for.28 Cal and larger. The cleaning rod is 26" long, and with the handle it measures approx. 30 inches. Includes all the pieces shown. There is a stain on the bottom of the case- probably from cleaning solvent. The flap was an OD Green varnished cloth, originally. Much of the color has cracked and flaked off, and the"hinge" portion is torn- as shown in the photo- with about 3/8" still connected. The brass cleaning brush has a fair amount of lint fouling the bristles, which can be cleaned out. Overall this kit is in pretty good condition for being 100 years old. They made screws for pocket watches. 22 rifles such as the M1, M2, M1922, Remington 513T, Stevens 416-2, and the Winchester 75 were used for training the troops in WW2. Companies made different things for the war, a type writter company made rifles. The kit is in good used condition. There is no tip but one listed at auction didn't have one either. Not sure how old. My guess mid1960s- early 1970s. Complete kit with ten 50 yard spools of nylon wrap in different colors and spare plastic tube apparently used in rod making process.
