Vintage 70s 1pc CUSTOM 6'8" BASS SPINNING FISHING ROD M/MH Lews Fuji Handle Worm
This is a custom graphite spinning rod I built some 30 odd years ago. It's 6'8" long. One piece. About a medium/heavy action. Should throw 3/8 to 3/4 oz lures with no problem. Can't remember exactly what blank I used but it was probably a Lew's/Fuji graphite with fuji guides and reel seat. The reel seat(LSH speed grip) is a sort of Tennessee Handle style but without the need for taping. The reel fits comfortably inside the handle. Would be a great rod for your old Cardinal 4. This is a rare vintage Fenwick ultralight spinning rod. It is made of fiberglass and has a 1 piece cork handle. The rod is 5'6" in length. 2 piece, and has 5 FUJI Guides and FUJI tip top. There is also a hook keeper. I don't know which model Fenwick rod this because the lettering has faded completely off. Since there are FUJI guides. It may be an HMG, but I don't know for sure. It must be an old Fenwick because of the 1 piece cork handle with no reel seat. The rod is in good condition and all the guides are in place, straight, and solid. Cork is in good condition also.
