It is listed as the SMALL SIZE CRAZY CRAWLER#2120. Wt. 3/8 oz. Lgt 2 3/8 in. This lure is in very good condition. There is no paint chipping or peeling. There is just a few minor cracks in the glaze. The colors are still very vibrant. There is just a little bit of rust on a few of the eye bolts and hooks. Just from moisture in the air. I honestly believe that this lure was probably never used, but was in the original box for many years. As you can see by the pictures. The box also is in excellent condition. Up for auction is a vintage Musky Crazy Crawler model 2150GM fishing lure manufactured by Heddon intended to catch bass. Pike, musky and othe freshwater specie. Bait measures 3-1/2" and weighs 1 oz. Bait color pattern is gray mouse. This bait appears lightly fished. I note some hook points on the tail and on the chin. Bait has some light staining. A rare color pattern on a very old bait. On the belly is stenciled in red"HEDDON CRAZY CRAWLER" All hardware is present and intact. Hooks have light corrosion. Eyes are red on black tacks. The rare Banner box top has nice graphics with light edge/corner wear, light staining and a small puncture. Box bottom has very light staining. Both box top and bottom are solid and firm with no corner tears. Found this from our cottage in Michigan. I believe it was my grandfather's. Others that have sold on this site. State it is from the 1940's. Which would make sense. Looks like it was never used. The paper that gives instructions on how to use this item and pamphlet haven't any tears or rips in it. I believe this is the orginal box with color is BF as bull frog. There were some boxes that had two lures in it. The" Heddon crazy crawler" on its belly is crystal clear. That is why I believe it has never been used. Also, it has three lines and two dots on its belly, where others I have seen on this site looks like have worn off. Any other questions please ask.

Up for auction is a vintage wooden Heddon fishing lure which I believe is from the 1940's or 1950's. I am not an expert in lures and this was found in my Dad's tackle box. It is in as found condition. Please refer to pictures. The actual wooden lure measures approximately 2-3/8 inches long by 3/4 inches wide. There is some rust on some of the screws on the bottom side of the lure. There is also a little rust on one of the hooks. It is marked Heddon Crazy Crawler and the left wing is marked Pat 1677176 on the underside. It has red dot eyes surrounded by black. Then a ring of gold and a bit of green. It has 3-color eyes. Gold dot under the chin, black face markings, silver body and black line stenciling with silver and white circle pattern down the body. vintage heddon crazy crawler wood fishing lure black n white skeleton or ghost ?
Up for bid is a very nice old wooden Heddon crazy crawler in black and white. It appears to have never been casted. It has no marks on it except where the hooks have drug across its underside. It has small cracks in the white paint but cannot be felt through the vanish or clear coat. There is small amount of rust on the flippers. This is a great old bait. Fit for any collector. The left flipper as viewed in picture 6 says: pat1677176. I took the front line tie out to make sure it was wood. It is. The screw eye was about an 1 1/4 long.
