Fenwick 9' 2 piece HMFX 9010-2. Rod is in excellent condition. Only used once for salmon. Comes with a plastic hard tube and a rod sock. The case does have some scratches from the one trip. The rod is mint. The reel is a Pfleuger 1990 9-10 wt. Features include mid size arbor design. Cold forged and machined aluminum frame and spool, oversized ball bearing, rosewood knob, and uni-lok roller clutch bearing. It is also mint and has backing and Cabelas 10 wt. prestige fly line spooled which i will include. The reel also has a protective cover. The only thing that is blemished about the reel is the box. It has a little damage from being stored empty.

You are bidding on a vintage Fenwick SP784 spinning rod. I assume this is a custom built rod judging by the color of the wraps. This rod is in good condition with a few light scratches. The guides are secure and the wraps are tight. There is some fading of the color in the wraps as seen in the pictures. The cork and the reel seat are in good condition. There is no butt cap as seen in the pictures. The rod measures 6' 6" and has 6 guides plus the tip. The rod has medium to medium light action with a moderate tip and a parabolic bend. Vintage Fly Fishing Rod/Fenwick FF85 8-1/2' 3 3/4 OZ w/tube Super condition
Offering a super Fenwick Feralite. Model FF85, 8-1/2 ft, 2 pc, 3-3/4 oz. fiberglass fly rod with the original aluminum carrying case. The cloth case is gone. The rod is in exceptional shape. The eyes have no damage and the wrapping is in great shape. The cork handle has never had a hook in it and is damage free. The feral attaches well and holds nicely. The action is live. The line rating tag is still on the rod but I couldn't upload enough pictures to show everything. My guess is made in very late 50's or early 60's. Defininely before mid 1963 as that was the year the 5 digit zip code came out and Fenwick's address doesn't have that.only Long Beach 4, California. Considering that, this rod is at least 50 years old but looks like it was manufactured last week except the line rating tag is slightly loose and needs regluing ... moreon the top edge. That's not bad for a 50 year old rod. There is a dent or two in the aluminum case as can be seen in picture 11. The serviceability is in no way impaired. Feralite had not yet been patented when this rod was made as it says patent pending behind the word Feralite. Serial number is C 16723. Exceptional piece but I am downsizing and can't tramp the streams as I once did so here's a nice opportunity to own agreat rod. Low start. No reserve, and 14 day return privilege so bid with confidence and the assurance that I want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. The cork on the upper part of the handle has a few shallow divots. But the rod is good overall condition. Unfortunately, I do not know the model number of this rod. I see no markings designating the model. Most likely a FS65 or PLS65. I've been told by a fellow Ebayer this is a PLS.

I purchased these blanks earlier this year among a lot of vintage Fenwick fiberglass blanks and I have no need for these two Fenglass blanks. Blanks had been used for crappie rods and were stripped by the original owner. Both blanks are straight and undamaged and well worth wrapping into new rods. SP 845F. Shown in photos#1,2, 3, 4, 5, is a 7-foot, 2-piece blank rated for 3/8 to 3/4 ounce lures. SP 786. Shown in photos# 6, 7, 8, is a 6 1/2 foot, 1-piece blank rated for 1/2 to 1 ounce lures.
