2 Heddon Tiny Crazy Crawler and 1 Creek Chub Jointed Pike Vintage Lures
These lures are from an old tackle box obtained at a recent local estate auction. The Tiny Crazy Crawlers are in excellent condition with only some minor oxidation of the aluminum wings and a few dirt spots.The hooks are dark with age but not rusted. These are probably wood but I cant tell for sure.Their bodies are about 2" long and are marked"Tiny Crazy Crawlers"The red/white jointed Creek Chub Pike shows some age/use darkening of the white part of the plug.It is 2 3/4" long. Again the hooks are age darkened but not rusted.There are two tiny glass eyes. This plug is definitely wood. It is marked"Creek Chub Pike" on the body and" C.C. Bait Co. Garrett. Vintage Fish Lure HEDDON CRAZY- CRAWLER 2 3/4" This lure does not have its original box but looks unused. The aluminum wings both have some roughness on the tips. The left outer tip is worse than the other. I do not think this was caused by using it. It is either in the making or someone scraped the tip. Here is a old stock fishing lure. Vintage Heddon Crazy Crawler wooden lure. SWEET Heddon Surface Bait! Large White spots are camera glare. Unless otherwise noted. This is a large wooden lure with metal wings. The old Heddon Crazy Crawler is a wooden lure in VERY good condition. The old Heddon top water surface popper is neat! The color is a unknown fishing lure code to me but sure the old wooden lure collector will know. This wood body is almost 2 1/2" long not counting the metal wings or the rear hook. When the old crankbait wings are closed, it measures about 3 1/2" from the end of the rear hook to the tip of the metal wings. The old wooden heddon bait has sweet flap rig hard wear and would be hard to up grade. One of the metal wings has what looks like PAT 1677176 on the inside of the Aluminum wing bait.
