The rod is mint. The reel is a Pfleuger 1990 9-10 wt. Features include mid size arbor design. Cold forged and machined aluminum frame and spool, oversized ball bearing, rosewood knob, and uni-lok roller clutch bearing. It is also mint and has backing and Cabelas 10 wt. prestige fly line spooled which i will include. The reel also has a protective cover. The only thing that is blemished about the reel is the box. It has a little damage from being stored empty.

This has been a great reel and has caught a few tarpon! it comes spooled with 10wt WF floating Rio saltwater line and 250yds of 30lb Dacron backing. I believe I purchased the reel new in 2009 and it has seen rather limited action. Vintage BRAY Leather Fly Holder Plus Flys
This old leather fly holder is marked"THE BRAY" Patented. It is about 7" long and 4" wide. It is full of old flys. I believe that it contains about 75 flys. I did not remove them, and they were as found in an old creel. The leather holder and felt liners are quite rough. The leather is old, frayed, missing a few pieces, stained, and dirty. I have not been able to find out anything about Charles Grove. The maker. This 7 foot, 2 piece, 2 tip rod is beautifully designed and executed. The cork cigar grip tapers to a cork reel seat with two sliding rings. The cork has no chips or gouges. Both tip sections are 3/4" longer than the butt section, looks like the rod may have been built that way. All sections are essentially straight. The ferrules are"popping" tight. The female ferrule on the butt has a soldered ring welt. The stripper guide has an artificial agate liner. The snake guides are pristine, with transparent wraps. The rod is designed to cast a 4 weight line. I have not put a line on it but in flexing it feels like a good dry fly rod. This rod is in excellent condition. It comes with a cloth bag in a good quality aluminum tube.

This is a Scott 2 piece graphite fly rod model G1008. It is 10’ in length weighs 4.0 oz. and is balanced beautifully with a#8 fly line. I had the rod made by Scott Rod Co. While they were still making rods in San Francisco. It is in immaculate condition with the exception of a minor scuffmark on the real seat ring, which could be remedied with some touchup paint. It is still in the original rod sock and tube.

UNIQUE FLy Fishing net w handle FOLDING compact vintage metal collapsible old
Purchased at an old estate sale. From a former avid fly fisherman. I have not seen this style before. I cannot find a makers mark. Condition is excellent, and ready to use. It likely was used in the past, but is ready to go. The metal handle slides up or down, and securely locks into place the hoop and handle when extended. To close just pull the handle back and fold it back on itself. To open, pull the handle back, and it snaps into place. Measures 22" long when opened, x 8" wide. Net hoop is 13" x 8" The net is about 22.5" long. Net looks intact, I dont see any holes in it. When folded up it is 9.5" x 4" I will include the old military belt worn holder, it fits fine, and was found together like this.I do not think the holder is original to the net. vintage H-I "spinner" Split-Bamboo Fly Rod, 3 pieces, tube, Horrocks
Exact item shown. This is a bamboo fly rod that assembles in 3 pieces. I weighed the three pieces on my postal scale. It weighs 5.4 ounces. Each piece is 35 inches long. Near the handle there is a decal with H-I and a fish, and another decal that says"Spinner" The cardboard tube is black. Steel ends, good condition. The rod is in a greenish fabric bag with separate compartments for each rod component. I don't know anything about fly fishing. I have tried to describe the rod carefully, I see no damage, no wear, no stains, etc. There is some darkening of the cork handle from holding it, and a little wear on one edge of the decal, othewise to me it looks absolutely like new.
