No reserve- this seller must of spent too much time in the Florida sun, Maybe so, but here we go, ladies and gentlemen- next up on the block a piece of fishing history; a new the box Ambassadeur 5500 casting reel in Brown, from 1976" That's enough of an intro. Let's get to business. I examined the reel today I found 3 mirco(what ever u want to call them) You can see the in my second picture(the side of the reel without the handle) at 1pm the is a light v shaped scuff about 3 mm long- at 2:45 a nick a mm long and lasting- at 3:20 a straight stretch just in the upper most paint about a 1/8 of an inch long. Most sellers would NOT every mention this. It could of happened at the factory but most likely I did it as a kid. I am 100% certain this reel kas never ... morehad line on it or been used. Mitchell garcia 308 in plastic box with two spare spools and spool cases
Mitchell Garcia 308 in special plastic box with extra spool and spool container plus instruction booklet. Also comes with two extra spools and spool containers. Two of the spool containers are marked Mitchell on the top the third is a plain Jane. The only marks on the reel appear to be from where the reel rubbed up against the yellow plastic insert. The rest of the reel looks flawless excellent ++/Mint- condition. Please check photos. Crank handle has marks on it but no pitting. Everything works great, reel is very solid and tight. I do not think this reel saw much action at all. The reel box is in great shape with no chips or cracks. Has normal scratches. Opens and closes with a distinctive click. On one side of reel bos is a sticker that reads 308/ 690453, I am assuming that this second number was the serial number of the origional reel ... morethat came in it. The serial number on the 308 reel foot is 1191001. I do note that the serial number on the foot of the reel is seven digits.

The rod is a Shakespeare Purist 6' 1 piece Wonderod with Carboloy guides. The rod is in good condition with the guides and wrapping all in good condition. The reel handle is also in good condition. The 7000i has a large capacity and I think is a salt water or fresh water reel. Around here they are used on heavy rods for snagging spoonbill. This reel is in good condition and all works well. Two fine Swedish made Abu free spool bait casting reels. One is a model 5600AB and one is a larger 6600AB. Both have features that include metal construction. Star drag, easy thumb screw take apart, thumb brake, and an anti-backlash system. The 5600 is excellent overall. The 6600 has a tiny tab broken off the thumb brake and it won't stay in place. Otherwise, it also is excellent. Two fine reels for one bid. Replace the thumb brake on the larger one, and both will be ready to fish. Please forgive the finger smugs and little lint spots. It has lovely dark mahogany back and sides. The sound board(top or face) is Spanish Pine and flat. Many feel that the Spanish Pine(Cedar) is the best choice for sound quality for the classical guitar. The neck& head is sturdy Cedar. While the fretboard is a lovely dark Grandadillo and properly straight with the correct relief. There are matching inlays: the sound hole rosette, on the bridge, and in three strips upon the headstock. The bridge is sturdy and flat against the sound board. There is also plenty of saddle left for adjustments, though the action seems perfect to me. This guitar has been kept in a humidity controlled ... moremusic room for the last 6 years. Since I bought it in January of 2007 right here on eBay(for more than I am asking) The reason I am selling is simple. I have too many guitars, 3 of which are Garcia classicals! As far as I know the guitar is completely original with no repairs. Except I did purchase new tuners from Sherry Brenner(as the originals) And added an end strap pin for playing standing(not in pics) It is in excellent condition. There is no serious damage. No cracks, either in the wood or the finish. The neck is straight and strong. Except for a couple of minor scratch like impressions near the end of the bout, it is virtually without scratches or dings- however, upon a close examination you can find faint scratches& small finish impressions. It was made in 1974& even with the greatest of care, there must be evidence of life. A guitar that plays& sounds like this is not left alone. It was made to thrill the heart of the musician and his audience. Abu garcia Revo sx-hs Never fished but spooled and out of the box
Good day I am offering a very nice and probably never fished Abu garcia Revo sx-hs with a gear ratio of 7.1.1. It has spent most of its life in its box. The box has some ware from sitting in the drawer with other items. I did find a very small scuff on the outside of the reel but other than that the reel is in perfect working order and very smooth. There is no oil or tools inside the box only some phone and some manuals. Please look at the pictures and ask questions before bidding. I will not accept any form of payment except normal Paypal.
