This listing is for a vintage antique Northwood Carnival Glass Bullseye and Leaves or Netted Roses pattern 9" ruffled bowl in Green. It is embossed with the underlined"N" in circle trademark in the middle of the interior. The pattern is on the exterior. It is in good condition with a couple tiny nicks to outer rim(see photo# 12) A couple light scratches on interior, and usual factory bubbles and straw marks. The largest straw mark is directly under the"N" in the middle, not damage. No other issues. It measures 9" in diameter, 2 1/4" tall, and 2 7/8" in diameter at base. Being offered is a a neat old hanging light. It is done is a carmel slag and kind of reminds me of tigers eye because at places is even seems to have a metallic shine to it. It has an over-lay pattern which looks like a flower pedal. This has a plug in cord that is about 13' long and a chain that is a part in a few sections that will need to be relinked(30 second job) and the chain is about 10' I see no damage. I will try to send the globe that is in it but I will not promise it will arrive in working condition with all the bouncing around. I believe this to be vintage and not antique. I am thinking from the 60s 70s time frame. Thinking back when I was a kid. I remember seeing these type of things draped over tables and such. Frog Scale looks great on passenger side with nice glass eye. Small top and large drivers side worm burn to paint and drivers side glass eye has a hairline crack. Rainbow is nicest of bunch with nice crackless glass eyes and paint is original and 99% intact. Mainly just need cleaning(dirty) and shows several small toothmarks. The brown scale lure with no stripes has nice eyes and at least 98% of paint, but shows lots of scratches and bite marks and tackle box wear. Final lure is green back scale pattern with stripes. This is a pair of rather old steel fishing rods in used condition. Both cork handles look in good used condition with normal age wear. They are: one piece marked'GEP Actionized' and is 5 feet long. It has a glass eyelet on the tip and the rest are metal. It has a 1925 patent date on it. Some of the brown paint over the steel shows wear. two piece rod is marked'Tiger Tackle' and two of the three glass eyelets are broken. It is 54" long. Antique horn and silver oval magnifying glass/ eye glass/ magnifier/ loupe.
The rim is horn but was damaged a long time ago and the owner had it replaced by a silver ring all around. This is very unusual and the job was done perfectly. Approximate measurements: 80 mm long/62 mm wide when closed. Condition: opens and closes as it should. There is a tiny piece of horn missing at the bottom but this does not affect in any way the sturdiness of the item. Can be used daily. Optics are in very good condition and magnification is normal for this size. We do our very best to describe the items as accurately as possible but we are not experts in every field.
