For sale is a beautiful vintage Fenwick PLB83 Ferralite steelhead or salmon rod. This 2 piece rod was made in the early 1970s and measures 8’ 3” in length. The serial number on the rod is G 93533. It is rated for ¾- 2 oz. lures. 8– 20 lb. line and weighs 14 ½ oz. I had all 9 of the rod guides professionally re-wrapped. The cork handle and reel seat with double locking nuts were cleaned and look almost new. This heavier old rod is ready to fish for strippers. Salmon or even sturgeon.
