This tackle box belonged to my Grandpa& has been in our family for a very long time. There are 4 licenses. 1941, 1942, 1943& 1946 All licenses are in great shape. A couple in mint condition and are over 70 years old There are 35 lures total and of course the tackle box itself I don't know what to say about the lures The box is in very good shape and would be listed in excellent shape if someone hadn't(maybe) sat on it. As the handle is broken and the top slightly dented. Although someone w experience can easily get the dent out, I'm sure. The box closes and the latches work and hinges are also working well. ITEM DESCRIPTION: This is a Stub Caster fishing rod. It remains in nice shape with some age tarnish to the metal. The rod blank is a little loose in the handle portion. But it could easily be glued in place. I didn't do it because I don't know if that's how they came or not. The marbled plastic has no chips, only some scratches as can be expected. There are some dings to the metal itself, but nothing real deep. Stub Casters are very unique and desirable fishing rods that have increasingly become harder to find. The knives are 1 fixed blade with sheath(rusty, can't see a name, Kitco 642 pocket knife and a Schrade Uncle Henry 897UH, the Uncle Henry has a broken blade. The reels are in good working condition with the exception of the Daiwa Regal-Z 2555BL(needs repair) Included are a Johnson Country Mile 10, Penn No 109 and a Shakespeare Service 1944 Model GE. There is some tackle in the box as well. The 2 reels are the gems of this lot. One of them is"The 50" from Pioneer and we are not sure what the other one is but it has cork in the center and there is a guide for the line.
