Doesn't look like it's been used much, if at all. Comes in a plastic tube. All ferrules are straight and wraps are excellent. Cork handle is free of dirt& grime. No chips or cracks in the cork. This is a vintage Wright& McGill. Eagle Claw"Champion" MJCFM-7 two piece spinning rod. The rod is stamped Wright McGill, Champion" 7 Ft. No. MJCFM-7, Mini-Ferrules, and rod handle has a metal Eagle Claw ensignia and metal metal rod hold on handle is stamped Wright& McGill, Dever, Colo. USA and the stamping is in very good condition. The rod is stamped 7 Ft. and my rod m easurement is approx. 6' 6" long so I assume that rod was broken and lost 6" on length and since the end eyelet has no wrap it must have been broken on the end of the rod. This rod has 5 eyelets wrapped in brown string and the end eyelet has no wrap and the eyelet second from the end is bent and out of alignment with other eyelets but probably still useable(See Photo 5& 6) The rod is in good condition and shows some smudges and scratches ... moreand the cork rod handle is in very good condition. I'll let the photos tell the rest.

This is a Vintage, 4 piece rod, Eagle Claw, Wright& McGill, 7 ½’ Trainmaster, Model M4TMU, Line Size 7. It is in a metal tube carrier with the original yellow fabric storage bag. VINTAGE WRIGHT & MCGILL FRE-LINE MODEL 10BC FISHING REEL IN BOX + PAMPHLET
MODEL 10-BC RESTAMPED TO MODEL 16 This Fre-Line reel comes with its matching model nbr. box 10-BC and paper detailing how to remove cover and install line. The backplate of the reel is embossed"MODEL 16" and on the reel foot(see photo 4) it is also embossed"MODEL 16" with"10 BC stamped but crossed out by the factory. The reel knobs are of a marbled lucite and are very handsome. Photo 6 shows the reel with cover removed. Reel cover has minimul scuffing around its base. Reel is loaded with mono-filiment line and appears to work fine. But has not been used by this owner. Shipping will be box-in-box via Priority Mail in the U.S. for $6.00. Vintage Wright and McGill Pack or Travel Fishing Rod/ Rare 5 1/2 ft size!/Case!
A very nice older Wright and McGill four piece backpacking or travel spin fishing rod. Rod comes in the matching orange cardboard tube with plastic bag and warranty card. Rod show very little use and would make a great addition to your collection or put it to use this summer. Rod is a 5 1/2 ft. model. Much harder to find than the other more common models like the 7ft version. I tried to show all the markings on the glass and the label on the top of the tubes end cap. Cork is clean with the medallion. And all guides and wraps are original and sound. Very nice rod! Sold as is and USA shipping only!
