This is a flourescent Winchester lighted sign. The panel of it used to have the upper part of it grooved to place a message. That part has shattered. The lower part is ok but has a crack in one corner and feels brittle. The housing is good and is made of plastic with a metal frame. It comes with a bracket to hang it and a 6 foot cord.
