Huge wiper(striped bass white bass hybrid) this fish mount is in great shape and very will done. The fins are not hyper extended and the body is not contorted in to some unnatural shape like so much of the taxi work you see. The fish is 28" inches long and was about 11 pounds in life. Vintage Taxidermy Real Skin Striped Bass Fish Mount Huge 37 lbs.... 40" long
You are bidding on a Vintage stuffed Striped bass. The Striper is huge. It measures right at 40" in length and 17" from the top of the fin to the bottom of the dorsal fin.The fish weighed 37 lbs when caught. I'm guessing the piece is 20 years old. Its a nice Large piece that would look great over that fireplace in your cabin or in that man cave. The mount is older and does have a few minor issues. The fins have seen better days but still look good. The body is in overall good condition showing minor cosmetic issues. Nothing major or anything that detracts from hat awesome vintage look. This fish in itself is rare simply because it weighed 37 lbs. I know stripers get huge but I have never caught one this big. To have a few this size stuffed it would cost you at least $300. But first you would have to catch one this big. Get this ... moreone for a small part of that. I prefer local pick-up. I live 30 miles north of Cincinnati Ohio in Middletown Ohio. 45042. 21 lb Striped Bass - former lake record
21 lb Striped Bass caught in 1990 in Lake Tawakani in Texas. Fish was a record breaker when caught. Held the record for 1 year. Very good condition. Has been in storage. Needs to go ASAP.

Monster Rockfish Taxidermy Striped Bass Wall Mount 40" AWESOME
This is an amazing looking fish which looks like he was just hauled onto the beach. His colors are intense and vibrant! If you want that trophy fish for the den. Or office, this is your guy. He measures approx 41" long. Not sure what it would have weighted, but it would have been hefty. Not sure how old, but still in very good condition. Any questions let me know. Largemouth Striped Bass Fish Taxidermy Mounted on Drift Wood 23 inches long Nice largemouth Striped Bass fish was caught in Missouri Ozarks. The striped bass is mounted on a piece of old drift wood. The bass from mouth to fin is a little over 23" long. The body is 7" tall( fins not included in this measuring) The top fin has been broken and leans to the side. Partially still there, the bottom back fin has a crack but still secure, the two bottom fins, 1 has a crack, still secure, the other is fine, one of the side fins is cracked back, and under the gills in the center is a crack, even with the damage, it still looks pretty good, the main damage that hurts the looks of this fish is the top fin, don't know much about taxidermy, maybe can be repaired, sold as is, the drift wood is in good condition, most of the skin is in good ... morecondition, the mouth seems to be intact and in good condition, definition to the teeth or what they use as teeth, and the eyes are in good condition.
