Vintage golf umbrella. Seat or cane. It is marked"The Weatherwate" made in England. The umbrella measures 43" across when open and 35" when used as a cane. I am guessing that it's from the 1940's to maybe 1950's. It is well made and has no holes in the fabric and all of the metal stays are intact. It does however show fading and discoloration from moisture mainly on the inside when open. I have used it as display item in a corner for over 25 years.

Here are two passes for American Night at the National Sporting Club in London for the American and British Empire Services middleweight and heavyweight competitions on Oct. 23rd. 1918; and the welterweight competition on Sept. 11, 1918. These competitions featured boxers from the U. S. military services and from the armed services of the various countries of the British Empire. The welterweight ticket has the remnant of a piece of tape on its back but that was the way the tickets were bundled when they were passed out. Overal, both are in good collectible condition.
