There are also elastic adjustable straps under the arms that go from front to back. The right shoulder has a quilted leather patch, while the left should has two shell sleeves for two extra shells and a small pocket under those. The side pockets will hold a full box of 12 gauge shot shells or 25 empties. Very clean and in excellent condition- no holes, tears, stains, or damage, save for some small rust spots on the elastic underarm bands, which have lost some of their elasticity, but are still fully adjustable and usable. We just washed it in a front loader and it came out beautiful. See photos, which are a part of the description. Comes from a smoke free, pet free home. Item will be insured. Vintage QUEEN TRIGGERFISH Wall MOUNT FISH Taxidermy Hand Painted COLORFUL
This vintage triggerfish belonged to my father and I am not sure its origin but it is a QUEEN TRIGGERFISH. Beautiful condition! I am also NOT an expert on taxidermy fish but I believe that this is one because it appears that the teeth are real and possibly the center fin is also real. This fish measures 17 inches long x 12 inches high. It is beautifully airbrush and brush painted. The back has a hanger attached. Fully three dimensional back and front. 34" VINTAGE TARPON WALL MOUNT BY J T REESE
This a molded mount by J T Reese taxidermy of Fort Lauderdale Fl. the company is no longer in business. It has been mounted two ways as there are four holes on the back side and it has a wall mount wire now. The mount is sound and as described there are some areas that are not perfect. Fin tips have been bumped and there is a small area in the fifth picture where the finish has been damaged. The color of the mount is that of an inland fish which are darker and sometimes brassy. the tarpon of inland water also have darker fins. All that said the mount still looks great when its on the wall.

Vintage Fish Mount Dorado
This auction is for one pre-owned in good condition Vintage Dorado or Mahi-mahi mount. This item measures 38 x 17 inches. It is fiberglass for the majority of the mount. The fins look to be real fins attached and painted they are not perfect. But not in bad condition, they might need a little touch up. The tail looks to have been real when this mount was done. It looks to have been bent but not broken. This mount overall is in good condition but not perfect. Please see pictures and ask any questions. Buyer to pay 29.00 for the shipping in an oversize box.

Back wood mounting board is rotten. Some minor cracks around the fin/ body. Shark is solid and heavy everywhere besides the board and teeth issue. Most likely teeth could be repaired/ replaced. The fins do have some wear and slight curling and the most notable issue is fishes lower lip has been pulled a bit off. Texidermy Fish Sawtooth Shark Bill Mount "Awsome" Large Antique Vintage
This is a Large Sawtooth sharks bill. The bill about 30 to 40 years old, Please look at all the pictures they can tell you more then I can. What I do know is that it has all of it's teeth but the one on the end that looks to be lost while the fish was alive. The measurements are almost 32" long and 5 1/2" wide at the widest point tooth to tooth. The larger of the teeth are 3/4" to almost 1" as the picture shows. The teeth start out 1 3/4" apart at the base and gradually get closer. There are 47 teeth in total. This is a very unique and awesome piece. Please see all pictures as the item is as pictured. Here's a great original Antique 1900 V i ntage Nash of Maine Large Yellow Perch Fish Taxidermy Mount. This Mount measures 12" tall and 2 1" wide. And 3" thick. With t he large Perch being 15" long! Please see photos for condition. John Waldo Nash was an expert Norway taxidermist. Famed as the originator of a unique way to stuff and permanently preserve fish for display. In the early 1890's, Nash operated a two-floor workshop, located on Temple St. where the Norway Masonic Temple now stands. He employed four assistants and at least eight agents all over Maine. He was also the official taxidermist for the Grand Trunk Railway system, helping promote train travel for sportsmen. Nash invented and patented"Trout Mezzo" a way to stuff and mount fish. This Bass was caught and mounted in 1980 by a local fisherman friend at Lake Hickory. North Carolina. The bass is 21" long and 11" wide(including fins) The mount is chestnut wood and is 22" long by 5.5" wide. Mount sets 8.5" off the wall. My friend passed recently and his wife is parting with some of his"treasured" collection. This mount is in good vintage condition, the fins are rough on the edges but it is overall very nice. Small cracks around bottom fins(see photos) but they aren't broken. There are some beautiful colors here as you can see in the photos. Nice Brown Trout mount that is a bit dusty. I do not know the proper way to clean it. So I will do nothing. I don't want to take the chance I may ruin it. I know very little about fish mounts but am thinking this may be a real skin mount. There is a seam on the back side and fins look like they may be real. They a bit tattered. Vintage Small Mouthed Bass on Wooden Plaque
So my wife sends me up to Cleveland yesterday to pick up a sideboard that she purchased online. Not a bad trip at 741 miles round trip but whatever she wants. I go get it. The sideboard is very heavy and in taking the drawers out this afternoon so I can lift it. I soon knew the reason why.the auction house had not cleaned the drawers out. And there is the fish. I believe it to be a small mouthed bass as the sticker on the back says"Bass" in addition to dating it at 1978 with the name of the proud owner in addition to being stamped by the taxidermist. The fish measures 15 1/2" long and is in relatively good condition. I did see two condition issues and they are a small tear in the tail. And some discoloration in the gill. Both of these are pictured in pictures 2 and 3. The plaque itself measures 18 1/2" by 9 1/2" and ... morehas a couple of nicks on it but nothing severe. If you see some dust in the picture. It belongs to a fish that has been stored in a drawer of a 19th c. sideboard. I did not even begin to clean it off- will let the new owner do this. And as everyone knows.
