Up for auction is a vintage metal chain fish stringer. The chain is 38" long and has nine hooks. The overall length is 46" The stringer is unmarked. So I do not know the manufacturer. Great vintage decor, or could possibly be used to hold the fish that didn't"get away" The stringer is in used vintage condition. There is rust on the chain and on the hooks. Eight of the hooks open and close tightly. The very first hook on the top end of the chain has been bent a bit. So it does not close securely. This could probably be coaxed back into shape, but i didn't want to break it, as it looks fine the way it is-it just wouldn't hold a heavy fish load! Please see the last two photos.
