One used Oval Minnow Bucket To use or to buy and re sell. Wade Bucket. Made in the USA Brand is.Frabill, Has Rubber strap. Emblem is very good. Has very little markings of a stain or rust stain on one side of the inside. It may be scrubbed off but not sure. Age is unknown.But not that old because it has a bar code on the front. The top lid handle has a line attached to it. In case the small metal handle comes apart in the water. Over all in good shape. 7 inches tall 6 and 1/8 inch long. 3 and 3/4 inches wide. Vintage OVAL Oblong MINNOW BUCKET PAIL unusual fishing bait carrier
Vintage minnow bucket. Unusual oblong style. 9 1/2 X 6 1/4 and 9 inches tall. Bucket handle and wood grip look original and good. The handle on the insert looks like a wire replacement. Insert lid. Hinge, and latch look original and good. Bucket has some small dings and dents but still looks good. Bottom looks sound but I did not actually test it for holding water. The insert is in nice condition with some top rim bends. This unit has very little rust overall, nice sound condition It is in as found condition. Except for a light cleaning, and will look even better with a proper cleaning. I combine ship as much as possible to save you money on postage for multiple purchases. Antique Rare Oval Metal Minnow Bucket
This is an antique minnow bucket. Very different shape from the later ones. From my research it was made in Wade Indiana before 1920. It may be as old as 1889. Very rustic. And pretty cool. You can still some what make out the picture on the front. It is a fish jumping and says falls city. The early ones were not galvanized so not many are left. VINTAGE FALLS CITY FISHING ANGLER’S CHOICE GALVANIZED METAL LARGE OVAL MINNOW BUCKET W/ WOOD HANDLE A vintage. Galvanized metal, large oval minnow bucket with advertising. The bucket has red painted advertising that reads"FALLS CITY THE ANGLER’S CHOICE. The bucket is not cleaned and completely original. The advertising on this bucket is charming and includes an illustration of a jumping fish with water. The advertising on this bucket is in good condition but is worn in some areas(see images) The bucket is in great condition with grime, scratches and chips from use and age. There are a few small dents along the rim of the bottom edge but these are minor(see images) The bucket consists of two separable parts. The outer bucket is galvanized metal, complete and features a wooden swing handle. The inner portion confines the minnows and is ... moregalvanized metal with drainage holes and a metal swing hand(see images) The top of the inner portion has a hinged door and latch for loading and retrieving minnows(see images) The upper portion of this bucket's interior is insulated with galvanized steel on both sides of the insulation. The minnow bucket is in working condition with no holes, large dents, creases or any signs of damage. The parts all fit securely together, detach and the access doors open, close, and latch.
