Huge Large Mouth Bass Fish Driftwood Skin Mount Taxidermy Lake George NY
For your consideration is this Fantastic Large Mouth Bass Taxidermy Mount. He was caught in Lake George. NY. The fisherman who caught it is moving across country, and his wife said NO to taking his trophy fish with them. He had all of them professionally mounted within the last 5 years, so it's fairly new. This big fish measures 18" and his body is curved. So he probably measured 19-20" before mounting. He has eyes on both sides of the head. He's on a really nice 19" driftwood mount with pieces that extrude out from the main log. There is a metal hanger in place on the back of the wood. I did notice his pectoral fin is bent. And a slight bend in one corner of his tail. This can probably be straightened with something, but I don't know what to use. I just dusted him off a bit and did not use anything to give him ... moreany extra shine. This fish will look great in a den. Camp, office, actually any room of the house. Texidermy Fish Sawtooth Shark Bill Mount "Awsome" Large Antique Vintage
This is a Large Sawtooth sharks bill. The bill about 30 to 40 years old, Please look at all the pictures they can tell you more then I can. What I do know is that it has all of it's teeth but the one on the end that looks to be lost while the fish was alive. The measurements are almost 32" long and 5 1/2" wide at the widest point tooth to tooth. The larger of the teeth are 3/4" to almost 1" as the picture shows. The teeth start out 1 3/4" apart at the base and gradually get closer. There are 47 teeth in total. This is a very unique and awesome piece. Please see all pictures as the item is as pictured. It is in great condition to be so old. It does have a couple damaged teeth that look like they were done while it was alive. It is a vintage/ antique taxidermy piece. Large Vintage Reef shark 37" long x 26" tall x 15 1/2" deep. Taxidermy Nautical decor or great movie prop. Good-Fair condition. Most of the teeth have fallen out, have small bag of teeth to go with it. Back wood mounting board is rotten and metal bracket is rusty. Some minor cracks around the fins/ body. This shark may be a real shark mount by looking at the teeth and how sharp they are. I'm no expert and cannot guarantee this statement. Looks great as if the shark is jumping out of the water or would be breaking out of the wall. Shark is solid and heavy everywhere besides the board and teeth issues. A Giant 205 Pound Tuna + A Dolphin And A Cuda
This auction is for all three fish mounts. The first is a Giant 205 pound Yellow Fin Tuna I caught in the Canyon off the New Jersey coast in the 1980's The mount is 6 foot 2 inches long and about 28 inches high and sticks out about 19 inches from the wall. The Barracuda is 29 inches long and caught in the Florida Keys. The Dolphin is 30 inches long and caught off the Jersey coast. Since they were all caught in the 1980's there is the usual ageing on the mounts but they still have great eye appeal. I can not ship these so they are local pick up only. I am moving to a smaller home so they must also be picked up within a week after the auction ends.

Please see photos for condition. John Waldo Nash was an expert Norway taxidermist. Famed as the originator of a unique way to stuff and permanently preserve fish for display. In the early 1890's, Nash operated a two-floor workshop, located on Temple St. where the Norway Masonic Temple now stands. He employed four assistants and at least eight agents all over Maine. He was also the official taxidermist for the Grand Trunk Railway system, helping promote train travel for sportsmen. Nash invented and patented"Trout Mezzo" a way to stuff and mount fish. This Mahi-Mahi dolphin was caught in 1980 in Mazatlan. Mexico. It weighed in at 45 lbs at a length of 4 feet 2 inches. My grandfather caught it. The taxidermy is of excellent workmanship. The dolphin is in excellent condition with the exception of a little chip on the upper fin. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. Gorgeous, great condition.

I remember getting him back the following year and calling him Frakenstien because the skin on his back was pocked and not like it was when I caught him. none the less this is the most impressive Brown I ever caught on my years of trips. He has been on my wall for a long time. he is a skin mount an is a bit loose where he is attached to the wooden plank.but still ok to hang. He weighed in at 19 lbs and is 28 inches long and almost 10 inches from dorsal fin to the bottom of his belly. we affectionally called these browns"Footballs" when we landed them. What a memory!

Largemouth Striped Bass Fish Taxidermy Mounted on Drift Wood 23 inches long Nice largemouth Striped Bass fish was caught in Missouri Ozarks. The striped bass is mounted on a piece of old drift wood. The bass from mouth to fin is a little over 23" long. The body is 7" tall( fins not included in this measuring) The top fin has been broken and leans to the side. Partially still there, the bottom back fin has a crack but still secure, the two bottom fins, 1 has a crack, still secure, the other is fine, one of the side fins is cracked back, and under the gills in the center is a crack, even with the damage, it still looks pretty good, the main damage that hurts the looks of this fish is the top fin, don't know much about taxidermy, maybe can be repaired, sold as is, the drift wood is in good condition, most of the skin is in good ... morecondition, the mouth seems to be intact and in good condition, definition to the teeth or what they use as teeth, and the eyes are in good condition.

This is a wall mount Sand Tiger Shark caught in the mouth of the Delaware Bay in the 1980s. This shark is big. 6 feet 10 inches. It a a fiberglass mount with real jaw and teeth. It is a large fish, 24" in the"curved" position so the fish is actually longer that 24" There is a stub piece on the driftwood that appears to be have cut or broken, as shown in the photo.
