If you want me to switch it to right hand retrieve, I will. Reel is in great shape, a couple scratches on the side plate, no mechanical issues. Rod is in perfect fishing shape, cork shows some aging. All the guides are in perfect shape, blank has no chips or dings, only used in freshwater. Combo comes with a reel-on-rod hard case and rod sock. Included in this auction is a new 908-4 Hobbs Creek fly rod. A new HCIII fly reel with light cosmetic wear, and a new 8 wt. fly line fished once. All items are White River brand. I bought this 8 weight fly rod outfit from Bass Pro Shop new about a year ago planning to use it for steelhead fishing. I fished it one time for bass and never picked it up again. I've carried the reel around in my trunk for a period and accumulated light wear from not keeping it in a sleeve. The rod is still brand new and the line has only seen water once. The new price at bass pro was $120 for the outfit. I'm selling it so that I can exchange it for a 4 wt trout rod that I will use more often. Thanks.
