The feathers and floss are still in the plastic and the instruction manual. Great for display or collectors The box is split on the corners I didnt want to tape it or reinforce. 20 Old Vintage Fly Fishing Streamers From Maine Estate!
Here's an old collection of fly fishing streamers that I acquired a number of years back from a house here in Maine. I don't know who it was that tied these. But they look like they were handmade. I know it can take a lot of work, and a vast amount of different feather types, to make up one fly. These are very attractive to look at. The hooks are a little rusty as mentioned, but they are fairly old. The feathers seem to be in good shape. There are 20 of them in total. These might be nice for the collector or for the person looking to tie similar types of streamers. They come in an old plastic case.

Vintage Fly Fishing Reels & Flies Pfleuger 1774 and Kmart reels & 20 plus flies
Here we have two old Fly Fishing Reels along with an assortment of old flies. I'm not a fly fisherman so I don't know much about these. One reel is labeled as a PFLEUGER with the number 1774 stamped in it. It is loaded with old line. The other is a Kmart brand and has no line. Both reels seem to operate fine. The flies are a mixed bag of used and not used. Some of the hooks on the flies in the bottom of the main picture are quite rusty. The marabou flies appear to be fresh. Most of the wood or cork bodies are 1/4" 1" Overall length on the brown Hayes minnow is 3.5" The white wedge type face lure with brown hair wings has 4 angle face and round body. Weber flat bottom bass bug is near perfect as is the red feather minnow. heddon wilder dilg? Harvey frog is Ex- Both the brown and the red Hayes hildebrant feather minnows are scarce colors. Fly Oreno is near perfect. 3 smallest ones are perfect. The pictures show better condition. I am selling my entire collection. Save me in your favorite sellers. Baron fully dressed vintage gut eyed salmon fly size 6/0. This is a good example of the distinctive pattern with its striking Indian Crow veiling. Which probably dates from about 1915-1920.
