Here is a nice vintage salmon fly. It appears to be in good used condition(see clear picture to decide before bidding) It has fair feather. Twisted gut eye and is on japanned hook. The length is approx 40mm. Rarely seen for sale and highly desirable for the vintage tackle and lure collector. Glentana size 8/0 vintage gut eye salmon fly. This is a very good example of the famous Dee pattern. With the correct ribbing of flat silver tinsel and gold twist, but with an interesting variation in that there is a turn of Golden Pheasant breast feather at the shoulder instead of the usual Teal or Widgeon. Benchill size 3/0 vintage gut eye salmon fly. This fly may well be by HARDY'S. As it appears to be tied on one of their patent oval wire hooks, and is very much in their style. Here is a nice scarce vintage salmon fly. It is in good used condition with light use(see clear pictures to decide before bidding) It is a nice salmon fly and has a twisted gut eye. Nice unusual feather and is on a japanned hook, size 1/0. Nice and unusual and collectable- not often seen for sale. I still have one of the lowest postal structures for the items I sell if you check around. Tight lines.
