I think these are aluminum a magnet will not stick to them and the larger one weighs only 2.5 ounces. These can be used or displayed for the collection. You will get all three shown in pictures.

Up for auction is what looks like a store display for Weber Flies for fishing. I am guessing a customer would look at this and choose from the display the type of fly desired. I would think this would be a great research item since they are all identified. Inside the case. Which measures 15 1/2 inches across and 11 1/2 high, are two Weber Cards. There are over 70 flies in the case. One has disintegrated and is pictured. The other are in great shape. If I were the end buyer or the collector.I would take the case apart, and replace the fly and clean the glass. Lot Vintage Feather Fly Type Fishing Lures In Nice Display Case
Since everyone seemed to like the last display my mother made with dad's fly lures. We are offering another one. All of these are from my father's enormous collection. He has some rare fishing lures so check back often, as I don't know much about these. My mother has been giving me a few items here and there to sell for her. There are thousands we have not even gotten to yet. This display is cardboard with a glass window. All of these have feathers or hair of some sort. Some really neat ones. Like a tiny real looking fly bug, one with tiny frog legs and one has extremely soft down type feathers. You get everything you see and the display is included. Some of these have paint missing. At auction is a small little enclosed display showing a"Lady Mite" Size 2 fly. This is a hand woven hair fly- Patent Numbers 1.523, 895 and 1,949,582- Made under license of F.B. Pott, Missoula, Montana by Finline Tackle Company- Denver. The fly label is covered by clear plastic and sits on two pieces of cork. All of this sits on a wood bottom that measures 7" x 3 1/2. The only flaws are the"I" in the letter Flies is scraped off and there are two numbers written in pencil showing. Would make a nice little display in your Fly collection.

I hate to give this one up. I got this fly approx. 1998 from George as I was one of a very few people that bought flies directly from him. In going through his drawers of flies I came upon four new unfished bass flies that George simply said he made many years ago. He reluctantly agreed to sell me two of them. I framed it in a 9x12" shadowbox I made from a great piece of Butternut that I thought worked really well with this fly. I took the picture of George at his tying desk framed above the fly. And an authentic signature card is matted below. I left the glass out for the pictures to reduce glare. This comes to you completely finished and ready to hang on your wall and enjoy.
