Here is a nice vintage fly fishing accessory. It is in f air used condition with some tarnishing/marking of the alloy(see clear picture to decide before bidding) It is stamped with the makers details R. Wheatley and Silmalloy and looks to be an early one. The lids are all functional and looks like a new foam has been laid for other flies. These are not often seen for sale and highly collectable. VERY NICE VINTAGE RICHARD WHEATLEY SILMALLOY 16 COMPARTMENT FLY BOX WITH FLIES
Here is a nice vintage English made fly container. It is in good used condition with some normal usage marking/tarnish(see clear picture to decide before bidding) It is a Silmalloy fly container by Richard Wheatley and is the compartment and clip version. I must say that a few(maybe 3 or 4) do not automatically spring open but can be easily rectified. The compartments contain a number of flies to card and appear to be Hardy flies judging by some of them. There is a number of used flies also on the clips and approx 40 flies in total. The carded ones in the compartments appear to be unused. This particular model not seen for sale that often!
