Vintage Wheatley Mid Sized Fly Case and Flies.
I have called this a mid sized Fly case because it sit between the Pocket size and Vest Pocket size cases by Wheatley. This one measures 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" and has different sized clips on either side of the interior. The outer is anodised and is in pretty good order as is the interior. I hope the picture will give a good rendition of the flies contained in this case. They look to be in very good condition and useable. There are about 72 in total.

It is in good used condition with some normal usage marking/tarnish(see clear picture to decide before bidding) It is a Silmalloy fly container by Richard Wheatley and is the compartment and clip version. I must say that a few(maybe 3 or 4) do not automatically spring open but can be easily rectified. The compartments contain a number of flies to card and appear to be Hardy flies judging by some of them. There is a number of used flies also on the clips and approx 40 flies in total. The carded ones in the compartments appear to be unused. This particular model not seen for sale that often!
