CONDITION USED. I would further consider this reel to be in VERY GOOD condition. This reel shows only the slightest indications of use. There are no marks on the reel foot and on the reel edges. The cork on the drag plate is brand new. The spool has been stored with the drag on and the cork drag plate“froze” to the spool. This caused pitting of the spool. The reel works smoothly and quietly. In spite of the pitting on the spool. The drag works normally. If it were not for this pitting on the spool, I would have rated this reel as excellent. The reel case shows some stains on the exterior. All photos in this ad were taken by FlyMasters personnel and are of the reel offered in this auction. This is very good condition Abel Switch reel in Platinum with one(1) extra spool and Abel original pouches for all reel and spool. There is extremely light scuffing on the bottom of the reel from normal use(see pictures) Other than that the reel and spools are in beautiful condition and are fully functional. This reel has been fished approximately 15-20 days only in fresh water and has been maintained perfectly by the original owner. This reel was $555 new and each spool was $280.
