RARE & LOVELY Antique Bobbin Lace 41" Round Tablecloth 12 Placemats 12 Coasters
Antique round bobbin lace and linen tablecloth. With 12 placemats and 12 coasters. Circa 1920, and likely French in origin. A rare set, and beyond gorgeous- the tablecloth is especially striking! The tablecloth measures about 41 inches in diameter. Including the lace. The lace edging is almost 11 inches at its widest point. The placemats measure 10.5 inches across, and the coasters are just shy of 6 inches across. Everything was recently laundered and pressed- bright and creamy white. No stains or holes in the linen. I note some small breaks and unraveling in the lace on about half the placemats(see 2nd last photo) There may be a couple breaks on the tablecloth lace. Mostly hard to notice. With a reading that high, it could be a Texas Special bridge pickup. I don't know its origin, but it would make a really nice bridge pickup with a ton of hot vintage Strat tone.
