VINTAGE Fenwick PSU1265 10 1/2' SURF ROD 15-30lb
Rod purchased new in the mid-1970's and is good used condition. The Fenwick PSU1265 is a 10 1/2 ft. Surf Rod rated at 15-30 lb. test line. But when used with a thinner, stronger line, the limit can be much higher. 3-6 oz weights/lures. One very minor flaw is a piece of tape holding the center on one of the guides where a drop of solder should be(please see second photo) If you know how to use a soldering iron, you can fix it yourself. I haven't used it in more than 25 years, so I've had no need to fix it. The third piece shown in the photo(the handle of a PS100) is not included.

This rod has been professionally restored to a condition close to its original condition. The only part of the rod that could not be restored to a like new finish was the wooden handle which had stains that occurred when the rod was originally fished. This is a very nice fenwick 7 1/2 foot fiberglass fly rod. Weight is 3 1/4 oz. made for 6 weight line. The reel seat is good and tight. All eyelids are real nice. Never been repaired. The rod has the original sock. It also has the original case. But the top of the case is missing. I will tape a triangle of cardboard over it to keep rod safe in shipping. This will make a nice rod to use for fishing. Shipping is estimated at 20.00. Rods can be expensive and tough to ship. As I have learned. If I can get it to you for much cheaper, I will issue some money back less a small amount for making box, etc. The last rod I shipped was more than 20.00 so this could be a bit of a shot. This is an auction for a rare vintage Fenwick 320 7 1/2' 3 3/4th oz fly fishing rod. This rod was produced between 1955 and 1962. Condition is excellent the only flaw I could find being a small flea size piece of cork missing at the bottom edge of the rod grip. The rest of the rod looks and feels like new. The protective cloth cover shows a little wear on the outside. The aluminum rod tube shows the most wear with scuffs. Scratches, dings, and wear consistent with a protective rod case which has taken the brunt of any abuse over the years. This awesome Fenwick E 65 S Fishing rod does not appear like it has seen much use. It is in excellent condition. The only sign of wear is a small crease in the handle. Rod will be shipped in a PVC tube. I have been a seller on Ebay for 1 4 years. I do my best to follow the golden rule on all my sales.
