I have up for auction a Dyna King Professional with a custom base and matching caddy with oak tool holder. I built all parts for this set out of machined or cast aluminum. The round bases are all solid cast aluminum with black leather lining on the bottom. The round dished bases are especially handy for storing tools while tying. The heavy weight of the bases makes the vise exceptionally stable. I am the original owner and have had this set for over 20 years but only used it a dozen times. I didn't fly fish as much as I thought I would and ended up buying my flies when I do. This is a very nice set and beautiful to look at as well as being very functional. Used Fly Tying Kit - vise, string, wire, feathers, tools, etc.
Hi there. This is a used fly tying kit. Comes with a ton of hooks. Wire, string, feathers, etc, and it has a vise for tying the flys with a clamp, scissors, some strange looking wax blocks and a bunch of other tools for making flys like hooked tools, super tiny pincers, and so on. Also has a bottle that's 3/4 filled with some kind of varnish. There's also a little tin box which has plastic-covered compartments with super tiny flys and materiel in it for crafting even smaller flys(I suppose) I know nothing about this stuff whatsoever, I don't know the brands of anything, or the condition of what this stuff is supposed to be in- so please don't ask me. I found this kit while cleaning out my basement, not even sure where it came from. The outside of the box itself is in fine condition- no dents or big scratches, definitely not ... moreworn out, the buckle holding it closed is still tough and solid, overall it is a very sturdy and durable tackle box, should be used for years and years to come. The entire box is a tad heavy. So shipping is gonna be the bulk of the cost of this. I'll pack it carefully and ship it by Canada Post Medium Parcel Air. Cleaned some of the rust off this.There is some still on it.Wire brush and a little black paint would help this a bunch.The screw in the vise works fine plus the set screw where it slides up and down the shaft.The vise seems to work fine,when you pull the lever the end closes up.This has the instructions and a fly tying book.Has a spool holder and has a spool of black thread on it,some type scissors and a small clamp.Have more fly tying items on and will combine to save on shipping.Thanks for looking.
