Thank you for looking. Up for auction is this used Mark III fly tying vise. Included is an assortment of foam for bug bodies. Chenille and yarn. These items came from an estate sale originally where I purchased them. Questions are welcome but I am not an expert on these items. I tested the vise on some hooks and it held them well. It looks like a tough vise and will get the job done. It can be used as rotary or you can lock the position on it. The angle can be adjusted using and Allen wrench but it did not come with one.

Produced by A.J. Noll Inc. of Plumsteadville PA. The Fly Tying Kit pictured is the Companies model#20 Special. The kit appears to be approx. 99% complete. The only component I could not find in the kit, is a small spool of metalic thread. The remainder of the components are in their unopened cellophane packaging. The Kit contains 10 cello packets of Hackle. Yarn, Hooks, Floss, thread, and Feathers. There are also the vise and tools to aid in the fly tying, as well as an instruction booklet.
