Vintage 1970s Fishing Fly-Tying Kit w/Booklet
You are bidding on one lot of one older fly-tying kit in a plastic case that comes with an instruction booklet by Eric Leiser dated 1978. I do not believe the kit is complete but it appears it has many items in unused condition. Included in the case is a hook vise with a table clamp. A thread bobbin that fits in the vise, a tweezers, looks like some gel cement for the threads that is untested, several spools of thread, several packs of hooks(some with small weights) a sample fly, several packs of colorful feathers, a few packs of animal hair, and a few packs of something called hackle. Some of the packs have a bait and tackle shop sticker so I don’t think everything is original to the kit. The case is hard to close. Overall a nice beginner’s fly-tying kit.
