This rod was used just once and is in like new condition. Included is a Orvis Rocky Mountain Large Arbor reel with(4) interchangeable cartridges. Each cartridge is spooled with 20lb backing and a fly line. The lines are DT8 Wonderline. Orvis WF-8-F, a 5WT sink tip, and a 5WT level floating line. This reel was used on two separate rods.

REDINGTON STANDARD ARBOR AS 11/12 WEIGHT FLY REEL GOOD SPEY ROD REEL
This is a Redington AS(standard arbor) 11/12 weight gold fly reel. This is a refurbished reel. It has a few minor scratches but is in excellent mechanical condition. Redington sold over 40 thousand of the AL and AS model machined anodized reels until the company was sold and Orvis put into the contract that the reels had to be discontinued so they did not compete with their reels. This reel holds 350 yards of 30 pound backing with a 12 weight line. Set for left hand retrieve but can be reversed. I have landed 125 pound tarpon on my AL 11/12. This is a good reel for a spey or double handed rod.

This is a Redington DFR. 9 foot 12 weight, 3 piece fly rod. This rod is used but in very good condition. There are some slight surface scratches but nothing that would impair the ability of this rod to catch some big fish. This was a top of the line Redington fly rod. Materials made in S. California, shipped to New Zealand where Composite Development built the blank and then sent back to the US where Dave Redington finished building the rod with top of the line components. This pure graphite helically wound rod is fast and friendly. I have one I use to fish for tarpon and have landed them up to 125 pounds on it. REDINGTON AL LARGE ARBOR 13/14 WEIGHT FLY REEL
This is a Redington AL(large arbor) 11/12 weight gold fly reel. This is a refurbished reel. It has a few minor scratches but is in excellent mechanical condition. Redington sold over 40 thousand of the AL and AS model machined anodized reels until the company was sold and Orvis put into the contract that the reels had to be discontinued so they did not compete with their reels. This reel holds 250 yards of 30 pound backing with a 12 weight line. Set for left hand retrieve but can be reversed. I have landed 125 pound tarpon on mine.

For sale is my super sweet Redington Voyant 9ft 5wt Fly Rod. It is not even half a year old but I must part with it after getting a higher end 5wt Sage Rod as a gift. I would love to keep this one but the wife wouldn't have it! I am including a really nice. Unbranded light weight, large arbor anodized smoke colored, cnc machined aluminum reel. I purchased this reel at the same time I bought the rod, so it too, is less than 6 months old. I will also include a nice black pvc/cordura Redington rod tube with dividers as well. The rod and reel are in great functional condition and have a few minor scuffs on the aluminum butt off the rod. And on the edges of the reel/spool from river rock. This rod saw the river only 5 times and was used primarily on the shore of a small pond once a week or so, so wear and tear is minimal and the combo looks ... moregreat otherwise. I tried my best to capture the scuff marks in the photos. I bought this rod after some stellar recommendation from experienced friends and after reading a few stellar reviews. I was honestly. It's what I would call cream-colored, and it's made of 100% nylon with polyester ventilation lining. It has a sun protection factor of UPF 30+. The pit to pit measurement is approximately 27 1/2 inches, and the length from the base of the collar down to the bottom in the back is about 33 1/2 inches.
