WW1 Ross Binoculars Captain Harold de Baillou Monk MC AFC RFC 1918 Here we have a pair of WW1 Ross Binoculars which belonged to Captain Harold Henry de Baillou Monk MC AFC RFC(Later RAF) The binoculars are marked on the left side Ross London No.66252(1917- 1918 RAF Issue) H.Monk. Right side, Stereo Prism Binocular Power = 8. The top of the case is marked H on the right, in the centre small DE and large B and on the left M. This gallant officer fought from 1914 as a 2 nd Lieutenant in the Kings Royal Rifle Corps whilst in the Rifles he was awarded the MC and was wounded. In late 1916 early 1917 he started flying training and flew over the Western Front. Captain Monk attended Eton as did his brother Gerald Patrick who was killed at Loos on the 3 rd October 1915. His father Lt Colonel Charles Monk Royal Army Medical Corps was killed on the 11 ... moreth July 1916. His father Married. On June 20 th. 1890, Vis- comtesse Blanche Marie Louise de Baillou, daughter. of Captain. Count de Baillou hence the de Baillou, but this part of the name has been misspelt in the KRRCs website. Like them I have not traced his career in the KRRC or the RFC but I suspect this will be very interesting. The Bakelite eye pieces are in good condition with no chips or cracks but the black is fading to the toffee colour of the Bakelite. The case still has the top handle but one of the brass studs on the side is missing, and the case is rubbed but not abused. I will send it by 2 nd Class recorded post at a cost of £5.80. Well packed. 20" Old School BMX Bike - Excellent Condition - Ross BCAmerica
This auction is for an Old School BMX Bike. Bike is in excellent condition with very little if any wear or use. Not sure of age or brand. From my research it looks to be from mid'80's to early'90's. I have looked at numerous frames and parts to try and match up a brand. But I could not find an exact match. Looks similar to a Ross, BCAmerica or maybe even slightly like a CyclePro. Has Stu Thomsen like handlebars with old school mushroom grips. C rank and sprocket look similar to a number of Huffy/Murray type brands. Headset has no markings. Has freewheel hub made in Taiwan. Whole bike has very little branding. Even on the tires. One unique thing on the wheels is th at the inner tube stem is threaded and has a nut on the outer face of the rim holding it in place. TRW Ross MAE 24024 - Bobcat Hydraulic Motors Pair 298 R 78 B
A pair of TRW Ross Hydraulic motors. Tapered Shaft used in many Bobcat skid steers. No longer made. Hard to find. Used on 630. 520 and many other models. You get two motors. One motor is trouble free the other has a leak on the shaft that allows oil to leak in the machine chain case. So you get one working motor and the other for parts(rebuild kits are not available) Bobcat replacements are over $1600 each and require you to replace both motors. I took both motors out. Did not test so I am unsure which one has the bad seals.

Vintage 3' x 5' Betsy Ross flag - Valley Forge Flag Co.?
This is a vintage Betsy Ross flag measuring approximately 34.25" x 59.25" or 3' x 5' While it's made of fabric(not nylon) The stars are printed on, not sewn on but the stripes are sewn on. I've included a pic where there looks like a hole next to one of the grommets, but it's extra material. I don't think it was used, but it has a little age discoloration. The manufacturer's label has been trimmed so that the only thing remaining is Spring City, PA- so I'm guessing this was made by the Valley Forge Flag Company a long time ago. It's very pretty and would display or fly very well. No returns. Sorry.
