Sage 7119-4 TCX Switch Rod w/ Sage 3810 CF Reel
This Listing is for a ready to fish Sage switch rod and reel. I fished this setup quite a bit and it does show some use. Everything is cosmetic and I tried to show it all in the photos. The rod is a 11'9" 7wt TCX and is in overall very good condition. It does have one chip out of the cork by the reel seat and a few scratches in the finish of the blank. The rod tube is also scratched and chipped from doing its job. The reel is a 3810CF which balances nicely with the rod. It too is in overall very good condition with only a few scratches on the bottom of the cage. Currently the reel has 100yds of 30lb Dacron backing and a 450gr Royal Wulff Ambush line. Also included are two shooting heads a 450gr Rio Steelhead Scandi. And a 475gr Rio Skagit Flight which would need a running line as the ambushes is integrated. Thanks for looking.

Hello, Up for sale is a Sage 4280 reel in Platinum along with an extra spool. It is made for a 7-8 line weight. I used this reel for one trip. And have not needed a reel in this weight since then. It is in excellent condition and the extra spool has never been used. The only flaw I could find is a small indent in the S in the middle of the reel. Sage 2560 Reel and spare Spool with Rio 5 wt Nymph line
This SAGE 2560 reel was one of the highest selling reels in the market. Check aout all of the reviews if you are not already familiar with this model. It has an excellent drag that is numbered and easy to find the proper set point every time. The reel has been used but is in very good condition for many more years of fishing. It comes with a spare spool and a Rio 5 wt nymph line and backing. It is a large arbor with a fast line take up. Best with a 5 wt or 6 wt line. There are a few cosmetic"pecks" on the outside rim of the frame and spool. But they do not take much away from the appearance of the reel. I have over $500 invested in this reel and used it about two dozen times. It has been in the closet reel bag for several years and it is time to sell it from lack of use.
