Sage RPL Graphite III 490-4 4 wt. Fly Rod
Original owner. In wonderful condition, 4 piece, 4 wt. 9' rod with original sock and tube. This is my last RPL. And my favorite of the three I've owned. The action is medium fast, and this is the 4 wt. rod you can use in a small steam or pond, or when the wind is howling on your favorite river or lake. It casts large flies with ease. The cork has never been cleaned. And as you can see from the pictures it is like new. Other than a small blemish on one of the ferrules(see pic) and a few light scratches on the tube, the rod looks like it's barely been used. I am selling to finance my fiberglass rod habit, so take this classic beauty now.

A very lightly used and pampered Sage 3 wt Fly Rod. This is an awesome rod I used a couple of times in Alaska for Grayling. Casts like a dream and bends like butter on fish. Beautiful copper brown color. No nicks or scratches on the rod or cork. There is a persons name on the rod. Only reason for selling is that I just don't fish for small trout or grayling anymore. This is a Sage Largemouth Bass fly rod. It is designed for 330 grain lines. But should handle a range of line weights and types. It is a bit shorter at 7'11" It is in good used condition. There is one flaw with the grip where a very small piece was shaved off(see picture) As I hold the rod this does not impact me. It comes with the rod and reel case. This is a NO RESERVE auction for one Sage GFL 490-4 LL Graphite III fly rod with the original case and sleeve. This is the superb Light Line(LL) series that helped to make Sage famous. I am the original owner and purchased this rod at Angler's All in Littleton. Colorado on September 8, 1992. That makes the rod 22 years old. It has been fished regularly with the exception of about twelve years when I fished less than two weeks per year. I've taken very good care of this rod because it was my favorite rod of all. Reason for selling. Updated to a Z-axis purchased used on eBay. The rod has marks around the ferrule fittings from set-up and take-down. The blank is in near excellent condition, as are the guides. The cork and reel seat I would rate good to very good. The rod case has wear on both end caps and paint has been removed by small ... morescratches here and there. The rod sleeve is clean and neat. Sage XP 590-2 Fast Action Fly Rod
Have had this Sage XP rod in storage and it needs a new home. It is used but very well taken care of and in very good condition. Has normal wear and tear but nothing unusual. One very small ding on lower section that I tried to show in one of the images. It is hard to spot. This rod can handle plenty of line easily but has a tip that is soft enough to protect light tippets. It comes with the factory tube and sock that are in excellent condition.

Excellent condition and hard to find Sage SLT 489-5. This light rod has a smooth action much like the SP and the newer Circa with a strong butt section that can handle dry flies and nymphs. The 5 piece rod is great for travel. The rod has a beautiful olive finish and all components and guides appear to be in excellent condition. I have cast this rod using my reel and line off of my 4wt Circa and this rod casts as far and as smoothly as the Circa-I actually considered selling the Circa instead but would have lost big bucks! Sage SPL Fly Rod 7' 3" for 3 weight line 3 piece in tube
This is a Sage SPL fly rod. It is 7'3" For 3 weight line. It weighs only 1 5/8 ounces. Part of the reason it is so light is the cork reel seat and slide band mount. I like slide bands as it gives you at least a little flexibility on reel placement, something you don't get with up or down locks. It comes with a Sage rod bag and tube. I'll probably kick myself for selling this, but I have too many rods and just don't get to fish that much. I probably haven't fished it in 5 years, so time for someone else.
