I have for auction the following: Simms Rivertek Boa Wading Boot. They are size 11 and are in great shape. They come with felt bottoms. They were purchased last April and fished with for one season. The only sign of wear is on the top of each boot. This can be seen in the pictures. The felt bottoms will need to be replaced in the future at some point. I just received the new Simms G4 Guide Boot so that is the reason I'm letting these boots go. These boots with the Boa systems are the best wading boots that I have ever owned. The boot is just as tight when taking them off as they were when put them on. Usually I would buy a pair of wading boots each year. But these boots are still in outstanding shape after one year. Used Simms Felt soled Wading Boots size 8 fly fishing footwear
These are a pair of 8 year old felt soled Simms wading boots in size 8. My shoe size is size 8 and I used these boots for wet wading. For waders. These boots would work for size 6-7ish feet. The boots are in good shape and the sown felt soles still have lots of life left. There are three things to point out: the inner ankle of the right boot has a scuffed area(photo4) the right boot tongue pull is partially severed(photo3) and the nylon boot string ends have been singed so as not to fray(last photo) A bit of silicon glue smeared on the scuff should work, and a bootsmith should be able to cheaply repair the pull. There is no"Buy It Now" option, and I only ship within the US.

This Simms combo includes a pair of Simms Headwater Wading boots with Vibram Soles. Boots are size 10. They are in great pre-owned condition. The white paint on" Simms" is fading just a bit but functionally they are perfect. It might appear there is a little discoloration around the ankle bone but that is just the lighting. Laces are intact. Not frayed or unraveling The waders are lightweight stockingfoot size XL. The elastic on the suspender straps are perfect. They haven't been stretched out& no loss of elasticity. Snap connections are in perfect working condition. I didn't fill up waders with water 2 check for leaks but a super closeup inspection checks okay. The green metal bar in pic is only to hold down tab to show the size. The wading belt looks and functions like brand new.

Size 11 Vibram Soles with 10 Simms HardBite Star Cleat Studs installed on each boot. Great Value. Since you only get 16 studs per puck and you have to buy 2 pucks@ $29.95 each to install a total of 20 cleats. Boots were $199.95 + $59.90 for 2 pucks + Tax for a total of $278.00. And you get them for over a $100 off original cost. And the studs are already installed for you. If you are walking up and down slippery stream banks and wading in a stream with slippery rocks, you need 10 studs per boot to get that done with relative ease and safety. I am mostly wading with Simms felt sole boots. So you get a bargain. Tight Lines! Response to question I wear size 9 EE street ... moreshoe and I use a Simms wader with Neoprene stocking feet. Since the Neoprene feet are big on me. I need a wading boot size that will accomodate my foot, socks, and some.extra Neoprene. I cannot use the rule of thumb that the wading boot size should be one size larger than my street shoe. I tried on the size 10, and it was definitely too tight. I tried the 11, and it worked well for me if I wore heavy weight wool socks under the Neoprene feet. So I wear Bass Pro Heavyweight wool socks which are really thick. When I tried the Midweight LL Bean Cresta Hiking socks, my feet moved side to side in the boot. Simms improved the boots in 2014, and they also made them wider than the 2013 models so more people can use the one size larger rule to get the right size boot for their feet, socks, amount of Neoprene. For me, I still had to get TWO sizes larger and use thick socks to fill them out. Hope all this helps

Hello buyer, You are looking at a used pair of Simms G4 Guide Wading Boots in size 11. This model was initially released in 2009 as Simms top-of-the-line wading boot. I obtained this pair brand new in late fall 2010. They have been worn for roughly 10 outings wading the streams of NE Iowa and SE Wisconsin. I used them mostly as a cold weather/winter wading boot. They have been well cared for(dried with a boot dryer after each use) and show typical signs of wear with lots of life left. These things are incredibly sturdy and there are no rips/tears/holes etc. anywhere on the boots. The streamtread soles are showing some wear around the edges(see pictures) These do need new/replacement laces(will NOT come with the original laces) As for some reason Simms insists on equipping all their well made footwear with 2 cent laces that start falling apart ... moreafter the 2nd use(probably a good idea they are going to the BOA system for their newer models) Specifications are shown in the table below.
